Will The Yellowstone Prequel, 1932, Win Elliott’S Blessing?

If you thought Sam Elliott had completed the filter of Western moderns, think again! During a recent appearance on WTF with Marc Maron —Yep, the same place where he pursues The Power of Dogs – the 1883 star revealed that he’s not too obsessed with hit TV series Yellowstone, default though plays a major role in its monetary narrative. Obviously, his distaste lies in the fact that it resembles a beloved ’80s soap opera.

“I am not a Yellowstone fan. I don’t watch Yellowstone,” Elliott said. “I love [star Kevin] The Valuer. There are a lot of good people in the actors organization, some of them I’ve worked with before – nothing against any of them – but it’s like dying in Dallas or something for I. ”

Dallas. In other words, more shows than rival Yellowstone for all-American drama!

Elliott has made it clear he’s picky about his West, having previously dismissed Dog Power as an “American legend’s pick.”

Apparently, 1883 overcomes the difficulty of the criteria! The Yellowstone prequels delve into how the Dutton family first made a name for themselves, taking a perilous journey from Fort Worth, Texas to Montana, eventually founding the Yellowstone Ranch. Elliott plays Shea Brennan, a former Confederate Army captain who manages the vehicles along their carriage path.

So will follow the Yellowstone prequel, 1932, Elliott’s blessing? The answer to that question is just as unpredictable as the Wild West.
