Evicted Big Brother 26 houseguest Rubina Bernabe revealed that she wants to continue her relationship with Tucker Des Lauriers after the show. Four place finished Rubina, a 35-year-old event bartender from Los Angeles, CA, and Tucker, a 30-year-old marketing and sales executive originally from Boston, MA, but currently living in Brooklyn, NY, secretly began a showmance in the early weeks of Big Brother 26. However, they eventually revealed their relationship to their fellow houseguests. Tucker was evicted during week 6, but he expressed that he’d like to continue their romance outside of the show.

Rubina and Tucker have similar personalities, as they’re both loud, funny, and have hearts of gold. They really do seem perfect for each other, and it would be wonderful to see their romance thrive in the real world. They’ve both expressed that they’re at an age at which they’re looking to settle down, so their showmance could definitely lead to something serious. Although they live on different coasts, the fact that Rubina said that she’s willing to try to make their relationship work is a great sign that it could really happen.

Unlike the reality dating series The Bachelor, which has only led to one successful marriage between a lead and his first choice, Big Brother has several happily married couples.
