Home and Away kills off a villainous character in the UK season finale episode next week.

Show bosses have once again written in a dramatic cliffhanger to coincide with the final episode of the year on Channel 5.

Home and Away airs for the final time this year on Friday, November 15 and the UK season finale episode sees troubled teenager Perri Hayes take centre stage.

Perri was recently left disappointed as his violent father Carl was found not guilty in court, despite his brave attempts to bring the evil abuser to justice.

Carl is now threatening to take revenge against Perri and his mentor Tane Parata, which has left Perri living in fear.

Next week, Perri’s worst nightmare starts to unfold as he returns home to the share house and finds a knife planted ominously into a chopping board.

A copy of the restraining order that Perri filed against Carl has been pinned to the board, leaving him in no doubt over who has made this sinister visit.

Suddenly, Carl appears and tries to coerce Perri into carrying out another criminal job for him.

Having turned his life around since escaping from Carl’s bad influence, Perri firmly refuses and tries to run for his life.

Carl goes in hot pursuit and drags Perri towards the pool in the backyard. Determined to force Perri to change his mind, Carl pushes his face into the water, terrorising him.

Later that night, Tane returns home to an unsettling scene as the front door is wide open and the restraining order is still pinned to the chopping board.

Tane heads outside to find Carl’s body floating in the pool, with a traumatised Perri sitting nearby.

Clearly in shock, Perri admits that he killed his father. It’s clearly a case of self-defence, but will Tane be able to help him get out of this mess?

All will be revealed when Home and Away returns to Channel 5 in January 2025.
