Ned Quartermaine had Nina all figured out.

The General Hospital recap for Monday, November 13, 2023, features more of Ned’s memories flooding back. This time it was Nina’s SEC secret!

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Also in this episode, Nina makes Carly a bombshell offer, Gregory confides in Chase, and Anna seeks help from Jordan and Dante. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details

Damage Control

Nina (Cynthia Watros) showed up at Kelly’s to make nice with Carly (Laura Wright) and get her breakfast. No sooner did she update Carly about Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) than she spied Martin (Michael E. Knight) coming in and promptly trying to sneak out. She ran after him.

Nina gave Martin a piece of her mind. He broke attorney/client privilege and threw her under the bus. How dare he?! Doesn’t he know she could lose everything? Martin said she already had. The truth is out and it’s only a matter of time before everyone found out. And, he was right.

Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Ned (Wally Kurth) woke up still as Ned, which pleased Olivia to no end. But, that’s not all. The mention of Nina’s name caused a massive flashback and he remembered overhearing Martin and Nina talking about her ratting Carly and Drew out to the SEC!

He wanted to run off and basically shout it from the rooftop and clear his name but Olivia stopped him. Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Nina were freshly married and happy. Can’t they stay that way? Ned agreed to hold off spilling at least for a little while.

Back at Kelly’s, Carly missed the opportunity to spy on Nina and Martin because Drew (Cameron Mathison) showed up. The pair flirted before talking about poor Charlotte. By the time Carly got to the patio, Martin was walking away.

Nina was on alert and decided to explain herself. She told Carly she was the topic of that discussion. Nina offered to sell Carly her half of the Metro Court. No sooner did the words get out than Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) came upon them and was happy to hear the news. She excitedly told Nina to ask Michael for help with the sale.

Tripped Up By A Teen

Speaking of Charlotte, she was left under Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) care. She was a bit upset her dad went home to sleep but relieved to hear Anna (Finola Hughes) wasn’t around. She even agreed to a walk in the halls where she was greeted to Jake holding a bouquet of flowers.

Once back in bed, Charlotte apologized to Jake and confessed what happened. She was just trying to do what her grandpa said and keep the dangerous Anna away from her precious papa.

As for Anna, she was at the station spilling all she knew to Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). She broke the news that Charlotte was the one stalking her all these months. It all made sense. Well, not all. There was one piece missing — certainly, it wasn’t a pre-teen who tried to gun down Anna at the pool.

The trio wondered if she was just an innocent bystander like the rest of them. Sonny must have been the intended target, right? Anna thought a killer was after her but she was merely being harassed by a teenager.

Welcome News And A Revenge Plot

In the Quartermaine kitchen, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) turned to Lois (Rena Sofer) for help navigating the next step in Blaze’s (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) career. The pop star wanted to explore folk and country. Lois had some reservations but Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) overheard and shared his opinion. His love of the genre really got BLQ and Lois thinking. They went through all of Blaze’s songs and found the perfect one to try.

Ned and Olivia made their way to the kitchen to announce he was back. Yes, he’s Ned again! BLQ and Lois were ecstatic. They were even more pleased to hear how Ned came back to himself. He took Lois’s advice, sure, but it was Olivia’s voice that brought him back around.

Over at Aurora, Drew paid Michael a visit and immediately approached the idea of taking over ELQ. It was time for payback and that’s that. Michael was apprehensive but Drew insisted.

Back at the hospital, Chase (Joshua Swickard) begged his dad to open up to him and finally, Gregory (Gregory Harrison) obliged. They sat down and Gregory told him all about his health, his symptoms, and his fears. Chase promised to stand by his side.
