Laura Collins is about to get a surprise.

General Hospital spoilers for November 6, 2023, tease a tough but necessary conversation, Halloween hassle, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a minute of this brand-new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Esme has a confession to make. Something to get off her chest. Namely, she wants to move out of Casa Collins. It’s not that she’s not grateful to Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) for housing her lo these many months. It’s just that’s….well…she’s starting to develop feelings for a certain someone in the house. No, not Kevin…Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez)!

That’s right, the guy who treats her like dirt on the bottom of his shoe makes her heart go pitter-patter. And, that’s a major issue considering his romance with Trina (Tabyana Ali). This new and improved version of Esme wants to respect what her ex and his new lady love have going on. And that’s going to necessitate a relocation.

GH Spoilers: Best Intentions

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is left horrified when he’s unable to locate Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) in the Halloween throng and none of her costumed buddies can explain where exactly she’s run off to. Will he think of racing to Anna’s (Finola Hughes) new home?

Meanwhile, look for Chase (Joshua Swickard), who is so well-meaning, to royally screw up. By the time all is said and done, the detective will have wished he just inserted his own foot into his mouth rather than speak up.

General Hospital Spoilers: A Healthy Relationship

Though their relationship is rock solid, that doesn’t mean that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) aren’t struggling. Both have their own issues and concerns, but they are also each other’s port in a storm, so it should come as no surprise that the two come together to voice their personal concerns.

Finally, GH spoilers have Finn (Michael Easton) battling an encroaching sense of dread. Oh, if only his idyllic vacay with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) didn’t have to end and he didn’t have to return to the daily grind at the hospital and reality that awaits him.
