Sonny’s world just got a lot smaller.

On the Tuesday, February 20 episode of General Hospital, spoilers focus on characters making choices…good ones, bad ones, and, of course, ugly ones. Don’t miss this episode.

Et Tu, Dante?

Lately, Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) world has been shrinking. He virtually shut out everyone that means anything to him including his wife, his ex-wife, and his right-hand man. Betrayal is something Sonny (who all of a sudden figured out what Michael did) cannot tolerate, but at the end of the day, the only one who’s hurting the most is him.

Even though Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is a cop, he once vowed to stand by his father. So, what in the world is the reason why Sonny decides to rebuff his son? After all, he knew nothing about Nina’s whistleblowing. Or the fact that Carly (Laura Wright) and Joss (Eden McCoy) knew about Dex (Evan Hofer) and Michael’s (Chad Duell) underhanded team-up to send Sonny to prison. Dante tells it like it is when it comes to Sonny. Does he say something triggering to his dad? At this point, the only person around that Sonny will allow himself to talk to is Ava (Maura West).

Shock and Awe

Over in the Ashford household, Portia (Brook Kerr) is suddenly rocked and shocked after Curtis (Donnell Turner) makes an admission. Does this revelation relate to his physical therapy progress or lack thereof? Or something else entirely?

Meanwhile, Deputy Mayor Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is working the stolen arms angle in this whole who shot Curtis fiasco. When she gets surprised, is it an ambush of a dangerous nature? Does a person of interest get the jump on her? Or does Brick (Stephen A. Smith) suddenly appear wanting something more personal to happen between them?

Offers and Advice

Elsewhere, the new PCPD Commissioner is making things happen now that she has her badge back. But why would Anna (Finola Hughes) want to offer up a proposal to Cyrus (Jeff Kober)? Because of his underworld contacts and knowledge? What happened to him being a changed and spiritual man?

Finally, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is once again communicating with one of his favorite people in Port Charles who’s not named Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez, who recently gave thanks to her surgical team). Look for him to offer up counsel to his favorite friend, defender, and incriminating footage deleter. Nina (Cynthia Watros) didn’t listen to him the last time he gave her great advice. Will she listen to him this time?
