Luxury real estate agent Jesse Lally says his relationship with Kristen Doute has gone down the toilet since filming of The Valley began.
Has Kristen Doute’s need for drama finally caught up with her?
The Valley’s Jesse Lally claims the T-shirt designer could be on the outs with her castmates after a tense season.
When asked at The Valley’s red carpet premiere in March by BravoTV.com how the group dynamics had shifted during the filming of the series’ first season, Jesse didn’t hesitate to weigh in.
“I think everybody’s pretty much done with Kristen,” he said. “I think that’s the best…thing I can say.”
Are Jesse Lally and Kristen Doute friends again?
Jesse confirmed he and Kristen are not friends anymore during a chat with BravoTV.com.
When Jesse was asked later to pair each of his castmates to an emoji, he unceremoniously described Kristen as the “poop emoji.”
“That would definitely be Kristen,” he said, while linking Danny Booko and his wife, Nia, both to the more flattering red heart emoji.
Jesse and Kristen memorably faced off on The Valley during a lavish Capri-themed dinner party after Jesse believed Kristen was spreading rumors about his wife, Michelle.
The tension may have played a role in Jesse and Kristen’s clear divide, but Jesse wasn’t the only one at the premiere to hint that friendships were tested during the drama-filled season.
Janet Caperna also teased that fans would see “some shifts” in her friendships over the season as they “evolve.”
According to the new mom, she “made friends” and “lost friends” as filming played out.
Nia Booko says she has “always loved” Kristen
While there’s clearly no love lost between Jesse and Kristen, not everyone seems to have crossed Kristen off their friends list.
“I feel like I grew really close with just all of the girls, even closer with Kristen,” Nia Booko said on the red carpet. “I have always loved her.”
According to the mom of three, she grew a “deeper connection” with a lot of the ladies during filming — but that doesn’t mean it was all smooth sailing.
“You might think there’s couple drama, but there’s some girl drama too,” she teased.
Brittany Cartwright — whose friendship with Kristen dates all the way back to their days on Vanderpump Rules — also only had the best intentions for her close friend while speaking to US Weekly about Kristen’s beau, Luke Broderick.
“We weren’t very close to Luke at the beginning, so when we started filming, they were still kind of in a new relationship, but he was also in Colorado a lot,” Brittany shared. “So even I will admit, I didn’t know Luke very well when we started filming. I know him a lot better now. I love him, think [he and Kristen are] great [together].”
