Nina Reeves Plots Her Next General Hospital Move

Should she go after Sonny, Willow, or someone else on General Hospital?

If Carly and Drew had their way on General Hospital, Nina Reeves Corinthos would lose everything and hit rock bottom. She’s lost her magazine, she’s lost her husband, she’s lost her daughter, and, with it, access to her grandchildren. So Nina is done.

Next Moves For Nina Reeves

She might as well slink out of Port Charles, never to be heard from again. But if that’s what Carly and Drew are counting on, well, in the words of Bugs Bunny, “They don’t know Nina very well, do they?” Nina has plenty of options left. The only question is which one will she pursue first?

The Man Who Got Away

Carly (Laura Wright) may think Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) are done. Michael (Chad Duell) may think Nina and Sonny are done. Sonny may even think he and Nina are done. But Sonny and Nina aren’t done until Nina decides they’re done. She got Sonny to fall for her when he didn’t know who he was. She got Sonny to fall for her when the world was telling him he and Carly were the One True Pairing. She’ll get him to fall in love with her again now. If that’s what she wants.

My Little Girl

Men come and go. As Nina has learned, daughters are hard to hold onto. She’s already lost Nelle (Chloe Lanier), supposedly for good. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is all she has left, and fixing their relationship takes precedence over groveling to Sonny, any day of the week. Nina needs to make Willow understand why she did what she did. And why Willow should consider thinking for herself, instead of just blindly following Michael and Carly’s edicts.

Trading Up

Willow doesn’t need Nina for a mother? Fine and dandy. You know who needs a mother? Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). You know who doesn’t treat Nina like dirt? Sasha. You know who has made enough mistakes of her own to understand that people can make bad decisions for good reasons? Sasha. Nina should forget about the people who don’t appreciate her, and focus on the ones who do. Like Sasha.
