And what it takes to be a professional boxer who gets one in a million chance at glory. Many fans take inspiration from the story of Rocky Balboa, even after more than 40 years since the release of the first Rocky movie. Even though the fans still love the franchise, one thing the fans are not happy with is that there was no seventh iteration. But, it seems like the lack of another installment has not stopped the fans from indulging in wishful thinking. And one fan, in particular, turned their wishful thinking into a piece of art.

A Rocky fan has come forward with an ingenious poster idea for the next fictional iteration of the Rocky franchise. And this poster is different from any other movie. As this fiction poster has a very special guest. The former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson also makes a special appearance on this fan poster.

A movie everyone would like to see

A user named BestForYou took to Facebook and shared a fan-made poster for the next potential iteration in the Rocky franchise. And even though there were only six iterations in the original franchise. It seems as though the fans want more.

The poster shows Mike Tyson sporting a grey goatee and standing alongside Sylvester Stallone while they both show their angry faces. But, more noticeable is the age of Sylvester Stallone in the posters.

He looks much older than he does in reality. With all hair on his head grey. And the body of a person much older than him.

However, you may wonder why the Rocky franchise stopped at its sixth installment and did not continue the storyline any further.

Why is there no Rocky VII?

The ‘Rocky’ franchise concluded with six iterations under the name. And even though many are fans of Rocky Balboa. Some of the iterations had mixed reactions from the fans. Rocky VI was released in 2006. The storyline revolved around Rocky Balboa coming out of retirement for a fight against a young soul. Even though there were talks of a potential seventh iteration, the movie was never confirmed.

As alleged by ScreenRant, in a deleted post, Stallone touched upon the topic of a potential seventh part to the franchise. And revealed that the movie did not happen because of certain individuals. To make it clear, he used the hashtag #irwinsfault, indicating to Rocky’s rights holder, Irwin Winkler.

The world was deprived of the opportunity to witness Rocky VII. However, this would not stop the loyal fanbase of the franchise from making teasers and posters of what could have been, exploring the Rocky Balboa story further. What is your favorite Rocky movie? Let us know in the comments below.
