He meditates daily to calm his mind.He is into transcendental meditation. He told GQ Magazine in 2009 that he mediates twice a day. “”‘m religious about it when I’m working. I believe in whatever self-help you can give yourself.” He added, “Meditation with me was just a self-reliant thing. I’ve been doing it almost forty years.”
