YELLOWSTONE FANS, IT might be time to head back to the ranch for season 5 part 2, based on what Cole Hauser just shared.
The actor’s followers are aware that he seldom posts anything in regards to the Paramount Network series on Instagram. But on April 15, that all changed when he uploaded what might potentially be an update on the show’s current status. As viewers may know, the Yellowstone season 5 midseason finale aired back in January. Though the second half of the installment is supposed to debut this summer, there has been no word about filming kicking off amid unconfirmed reports that the series is ending.
Still, it seems like Hauser is in the know about when cameras will start rolling. According to the actor, the Yellowstone cast might be finally reuniting behind the scenes. “Found this old pic of my boys @denimrichards @_jeffersonwhite.See y’all soon!” he captioned a photo of himself with fellow co-stars Denim Richards and Jefferson White.
Hauser wasn’t the only member of the group excited by the undisclosed upcoming meetup. Shortly after the Dazed and Confused alum posted the picture, Richards reacted in the comments section, writing: “@colehauser22 this is epic 🔥🔥.”
Due to the fact that it’s rare to see Hauser share anything Yellowstone related online, fans loved seeing him back together with some of his castmates. Naturally, there was one question that repeatedly popped up in the comments section.
“So Yellowstone is going to finish Season 5? 🤞🏼,” one person wrote on Instagram. “When is it back on? The wait is horrible 😮,” another added. “Great pic! Can’t wait for new episodes!!” a different follower said.
While it’s unclear whether Hauser, Richards, and White’s reunion has anything to do with the show, it’s nice to see the three of them back together on some version of a screen. Folks last saw Hauser’s Rip Wheeler and White’s Jimmy Hurdstrom in the season 5 part 1 finale, when the former decided to leave the Dutton ranch for the 6666 ranch in Texas due to ongoing herding issues. As for Denim, it’s safe to say that he’ll be back to play John (Kevin Costner)’s ranch hand Colby alongside Jen Landon’s Teeter.
