He’s often described as being fiercely competitive and demanding perfection from those around him. Well, meeting Sylvester Stallone can be an intimidating experience, especially if he’s also your girlfriend’s father.

In anticipation of the release of their new reality show, The Family Stallone, Sylvester Stallone’s daughters, and wife shared insights into their family life with the famous actor on a recent episode of Today. They talked about what it’s like to live with someone who has such an intimidating presence.

What It’s Like To Date Sylvester Stallone’s Daughters

During their appearance on Today, Sylvester Stallone’s daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet discussed the challenges of dating while having a famous father in the entertainment industry. The three women, aged 26, 24, and 20, respectively, also talked about their own relationships and their bond with their father. Stallone jokingly revealed his desire for his daughters to remain unmarried, saying,

“I’m hoping they turn out to be spinsters,” Stallone said. “I’m working on that. They stay home forever.”

During an interview on Today, Sistine, one of Sylvester Stallone’s daughters, shared that it can be challenging to introduce potential partners to her father. She explained that he can be intimidating to many, and some people who have met him don’t return for a second meeting because of his intimidating presence. “I don’t trust their intentions,” the Rocky star said. “Because I know men.”

However, Scarlet, one of his daughters, is in a relationship. “Yes, and he was great meeting him,” she said. “Now they’re best friends.” The actor also joked about having matching tattoos with her boyfriend.

What Is The Upcoming Reality Show About

Initially, the Rocky actor did not favor participating in a reality TV show. However, he eventually changed his mind, citing his family’s unique dynamic as a compelling reason to do so.

“We laugh, we enjoy (each other), and everyone, I wouldn’t say (is) not neurotic, but eccentric,” he said. “And they bring it out in a good way. They all have distinctive personalities, and certainly Jennifer and I’m a little nuts, so I thought OK, why not?”

Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, will be celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary just a day before the premiere of their new reality show The Family Stallone.

“I’ve been warning them about that,” he said. “I said, ‘Your quiet time is over, and once you’re exposed out there, it’s out there.’ You’re going to have people following you home, guys like ‘Hello, how are you?’ So I’ll be out there with them like (smacks fist into palm).”

The Family Stallone will be premiering on May 17th, exclusively on Paramount+.
