According to General Hospital spoilers, Ava Jerome (Maura West) is still very much alive and well. In an effort to become closer to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), she lost her friendship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). However, as the two were growing closer, the mob boss has recently taken a like to Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).
In addition, she was recently threatened by Adam Harrington’s character John “Jagger” Cates, who revealed that the FBI was now tracking her everywhere.
Unaware that she has put James Patrick Stuart’s character Valentin Cassadine on high alert, Ava asks the hospital pharmacist about Sonny’s medications. Nevertheless, Ava should never be written off.
Valentin Cassadine Will Approach Ava Jerome
GH spoilers suggest that as Valentin now believes Ava’s been poking around in his business, he’ll draw her in for more leverage.
Without knowing about John’s request to Ava regarding the fall of Pikeman, Valentin could threaten her, a kind of “help me bring down Sonny” or else.
Then again, he could also paint a picture of her not having to deal with the co-parenting situation she’s in now if Sonny is gone. Either way, Ava isn’t a woman who likes being told what to do.
Ava Jerome Sets Valentin Cassadine Up
Ava is sharp and sneaky; not much gets by Ms. Jerome. Valentin is just as sketchy; however, without knowing how she truly feels about Sonny now, he may believe he can convince her to help him. At the end of the day, he needs her more than she needs him.
When Valentin approaches Ava, she’ll find out he is the leader of Pikeman. She may deduce this during their conversation, or snoop on her own time.
Since that seems to be John Cates’ “go to” tactic for persuading people to help, he may be breathing down her neck and threatening to put her in jail, which might lead her to become an FBI informant like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Nevertheless, unlike Jason, she will ultimately build a trap and eliminate Valentin in one fell swoop. He might never anticipate it.
