The “Yellowstone” actor was spotted driving a new Land Rover Defender out of the marital home he shared with his estranged wife for 18 years Saturday.

Costner, 68, was seen cruising solo in the luxe white vehicle in California, opting for a pair of dark shades and a casual white tee for the outing.

The actor’s new car comes amid the latest development in his ongoing legal battle, in which Baumgartner, 49, argued that she may not have understood their prenuptial agreement when they signed it in 2004.

The Oscar winner’s lawyers filed new legal documents this week, asking if the handbag designer comprehended what she signed, TMZ reported.

“Christine asserts she cannot admit or deny that she understood the Premarital Agreement because she (and apparently all of her attorneys) do not understand the word ‘understand,’” the court docs obtained by the outlet read.

His lawyer, high-powered Hollywood attorney Laura Wasser, wrote in the filing, “Christine’s counsel asked for a definition of ‘understood’ and Kevin’s counsel provided the dictionary meaning of the word ‘understood,’ to wit, ‘comprehended or perceive the intended meaning of words.’”

The attorney asked the judge to make Baumgartner’s legal team reveal whether or not their client actually understood the written contract, which was signed when the now-estranged couple exchanged vows.

The mother of three’s attorney said the “request is vague as to the scope and meaning of the terms ‘understood,’” noting that her client was “unable to admit or deny the request.”

The accessories designer — who shares sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 13, with the A-lister — filed for divorce in May after 18 years of marriage.

A judge ruled last month that the “Hidden Figures” actor had to pay her $129,755 per month in child support — far lower than her original request for $248,000 a month.

He was also ordered to pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.

As part of their 2004 prenup, which the pair are currently battling over, Baumgartner was forced to vacate their marital home and find somewhere else to live.

She relocated to a “smaller home” on the actor’s sprawling Santa Barbara property, images obtained exclusively by Page Six last month revealed.

“Christine is following the legal advice per the prenup and is vacating the family house,” an insider told People in July, noting that she would “stay at a smaller house on the property that’s been used as a staff quarter.”

The source described it as “a temporary solution” while she is “still looking for another house.”

“She is staying in the area to not disrupt the kids’ lives,” the source went on.

“They will be back at school in the fall with their friends.”

The “Molly’s Game” actor also has three adult children — Annie, 39, Lily, 36, and Joe, 35 — with his ex-wife Cindy Silva, along with son Liam, 26, with former girlfriend Bridget Rooney.
