Adele is in the process of completely rebuilding Sylvester Stallone’s mansion in Beverly Hills, which she purchased in 2022 for $58 million after sitting on the market for the better part of the year.

Before she reportedly prepares to move into the 18,587 square-foot property with her rumored fiancé Rich Paul, and her 11-year-old son Angelo, who she shares with ex-husband Simon Konecki, the Hello singer, 35, has some renovations to complete.

In photos, obtained by the DailyMail.com, her new home, located in the exclusive guard-gated enclave of North Beverly Park, appears to be undergoing some extensive remodeling on the entire pad, apart from the pool.

One thing she did not change was the statue of Stallone’s character Rocky from the 1976 American sports drama film, which overlooks the huge outdoor pool in the backyard.

In June, the actor, 77, revealed that the 16-time Grammy winner insisted the statue stayed on the property.

‘She said: “That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal”. She wanted the statue,’ he told the Wall Street Journal.

In June, Adele began ripping up the massive mansion and making it her own.

As of now, the statue of Rocky with his fist pointing to the sky at one end. It is the iconic pose of Stallone at the top of the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum.

A statue of a polo player on a horse on the opposite side of the garden has not survived Adele’s remodel.

Stallone is an avid fan of the sport. His family have a long history with polo, as his late father Frank was a professional player back in his native Italy.

The Rocky legend added he thinks the singer has great taste. He told the publication: ‘I like what she’s doing, she’s making it gorgeous.’

Stallone had listed it for $110 million, then reduced the price to $85 million before he accepted Adele’s offer of barely half his original asking price.

DailyMail.com has learned a building permit report was filed with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety last July for an ‘alteration/repair.’

The description states that the permit is for ‘interior non-structural remodel to existing SFD [single family dwelling]’ and notes there is ‘no added floor area or change to building footprint’ nor to the ‘exterior of structure.’

The mammoth building job is being handled by celebrity construction company Valle Reinis – founded by luxury builders Brian Valle and TV actor Rob Reinis, son-in-law of ‘The Fonz’ Henry Winkler – who have featured in Elle Decor and Architectural Digest.

In May 2022, she confirmed she moved in with boyfriend Rich Paul after a year of dating.

At the time, she shared a series of loved-up snaps of the couple, including one where they both held up the keys to their abode on Instagram.

The property has a total of eight bedrooms on a whopping 3.5 acres, and is located in the same neighborhood where Lisa Vanderpump and Rod Stewart used to reside.

No doubt the home will serve as an oasis to those seeking privacy from the hustle and bustle of Tinseltown as it is at the end of a cul de sac up a long private driveway in an exclusive enclave.

The property was designed architect Edward Granzbach and built in 1994.

The main house features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms including a master suite, three spacious en-suite bedrooms, and two maids bedrooms.

The opulent master suite includes a sauna, steam room, and office with a terrace.

There is also a two-story guest house with two en-suite bedrooms and full chef’s kitchen as it was designed by Richard Landry.

The primary two-story building includes a formal living room which features views to Rodeo Drive and beyond.

As if that wasn’t already enough, amenities also include a professional movie theater and cigar room with an air-filtration system.

There is also a home gym. Mills said: ‘What would you expect Rocky’s gym to look like? It truly is Rocky’s gym, even though I’m sure the whole family uses it.’

Outside there is a massive patio with an infinity pool, spa, and even a putting green. Any gearhead would be happy to know that there is also an air-conditioned eight-car garage with an art studio.

The gated community is also home to Hollywood royalty Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy.

Adele’s first two properties were purchased under the names The Gatefield Trust and Todd Gelfand, a partner at Adele’s business management company Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.

She bought the third property from Nicole Richie and her musician husband Joel Madden, with the house sitting next door to both her current home and the house she purchased from ex-husband Simon Konecki in 2019.
