Given his health condition, Willis’ family has turned to his close friends for support, particularly Schwarzenegger and Stallone. These two Hollywood legends have extended their helping hands to Willis and his family in this trying time. The world was left deeply saddened on March 30, 2022, when news broke of Bruce Willis’ retirement from acting due to his diagnosis of aphasia.

Willis’ wife, Emma Heming, and ex-wife, Demi Moore, both shared the same photo and caption on their respective Instagram accounts. Both informing the public of his condition and the need for him to step away from his career. Heming, Moore, and his children all shared the same post on their Instagram accounts. Revealing that his condition had progressed and he had now been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
