Yellowstone’s hiatus has been anything but normal. The propulsive onslaught of drama may have concealed the one piece of good news to come about the show in the last few weeks: Yellowstone Season 5 is finally heading to Peacock!

The first eight episodes of the current season will drop Thursday, May 25 on the streamer, just in time for the holiday weekend! If you find yourself missing new installments of Yellowstone, well, you’re not alone. Sadly, there’s no new episode of Yellowstone this week (or for the foreseeable future), but the show’s official YouTube page has a 20-minute recap video that highlights all the action from the first five seasons.

When exactly will Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 debut on Paramount Network? Here’s everything we know.

Is Yellowstone on Tonight (May 21)?

Nope. Yellowstone isn’t airing on Paramount Network tonight.

When Will Yellowstone Return With New Episodes?

It’s been quite the ride. The final six episodes of Season 5 were originally scheduled to debut this summer, but the newest timeline (h/t Deadline) has production resuming in August with Paramount Network eyeing a November 2023 release date. It’s unclear if the ongoing writers’ strike will impact production since the scripts may have been completed before the strike.

This iteration of Yellowstone is set to end after this season, with a sequel series — rumored to star Matthew McConaughey and feature a number of Yellowstone actors — scheduled for a December debut (but that premiere date seems tenuous at best, in my opinion).

Kevin Costner’s role in the final six episodes is also up in the air. As always, we’ll keep you updated on all the latest drama.

When Will Yellowstone Season 5 Be On Peacock?

Soon! It was recently announced that the first eight episodes of Yellowstone Season 5 will premiere Thursday, May 25 on Peacock Premium.
